Let us tell you that Larsen & Toubro (L&T), which manufactures important equipment required for Chandrayaan, is also working with the Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO) on its mission Aditya L-1 and Mission Gaganyaan. The Mumbai-headquartered multinational company contributed to the launch of the LVM3M4 Chandrayaan mission, which manufactured the booster segments, head end, middle segment and nozzle bucket flange with a diameter of 3.2 meters at L&T’s facility in Powai. The company also manufactured ground and flight umbilical plates, deck panels and hardware systems for the mission.

The upcoming mission of Aditya-L1 and Gaganyaan in which humans will orbit the earth. We are working on flight-rated hardware and will stick to the mission. L&T is also working on a module for the crew and crew escape system for the mission.
