Consecration of Ram Lalla: Beginning of a new era

After centuries of struggle and waiting, a new era of Sanatan Dharma has started in the country with the consecration of Ramlala’s life at Ramjanmabhoomi in Ayodhya on 22 January 2024. While this day will be written in golden letters in the history of India, the names of those who sacrificed for the construction of this temple will also be taken with reverence. The countrymen will always be indebted to Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath and Prime Minister Narendra Modi for the role they played in the construction of Shri Ram Temple.

Regarding the construction of Shri Ram Temple, Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh chief Mohan Bhagwat said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi did penance before coming here, now we too have to do penance that we are the children of this glorious India. Millions of voices sing his praises. Our beloved Lord Ram returned to Ayodhya after 14 years of exile and ended the discord outside. Now Ram ji has returned to his home again. Now we have to end the mutual discord and move ahead. There is no discord in Ayodhya. Small disputes will have to be left behind. We have to keep ourselves under control. Sir Sangh Chalak said that today India’s self has returned with Ramlala, today’s joy cannot be described in words. After 500 years of hard work, sacrifice and blood and sweat, many generations have made this day of joy available to the entire nation. We have gratitude for all of them. Mohan Bhagwat said that today Ramlala has come back again, after five hundred years. We remembered those whose sacrifice, penance and efforts made us see this golden day today, in the resolution of consecration of life. We salute his efforts many times over. Bhagwat said, whoever remembers the history of Ramlala’s return in this era, will be for the nation. All the sorrows of the nation will be removed, such is the power of this history. There is also an order of duty for us.

Regarding the construction of Shri Ram Janam Mandir, Prime Minister Narendra Modi said in his address that Shri Ram is present on the first page of the Constitution of India, but years after independence, questions were raised about his existence. The Prime Minister described Shri Ram as the constitution and policy of India. Pointing towards the legal battle for the construction of Ram temple, he said that the judiciary of India is blessed that it protected the dignity of justice. Modi said, after centuries of unprecedented patience and countless sacrifices and penances, our Ram has come, our Ramlala will not live in a tent, will now live in the temple – this moment is unique, it is being felt by Ram devotees in every corner of the world. . The date of consecration of the idol of Ram Lalla in Ayodhya on January 22, 2024 is the origin of a new period. He said, I (Mr. Modi) am having a divine experience by whose grace this work has been accomplished. Modi said- Our Ramlala will no longer live in the tent. Our Ramlala will now live in the divine temple. After the construction of Ram temple, new enthusiasm was being created among the countrymen. Today we have got the heritage of centuries, we have got the temple of Shri Ram. A nation rising up after breaking the mentality of slavery creates new history. Even a thousand years from now, people will talk about this moment and date. What a blessing of Ram that we all are seeing this moment happening. PM said- I also pay my respects to holy Ayodhyapuri and Saryu. I am feeling divine right now. Those divine experiences are also present around us, I bow to them with gratitude. I also apologize to Lord Ram. There must be something lacking in our sacrifice, penance and worship that we could not do these things for so many years. Today this deficiency has been fulfilled. I believe that Lord Ram will definitely forgive us. Lord Ram is present in the first copy of the Constitution of India. The legal battle over the existence of Lord Ram went on for decades. I am thankful to the judiciary that it kept its dignity. He said that today Kirtan-Sankirtan is taking place in every village. Cleanliness campaign is going on. The country is celebrating Diwali. Ram Jyot will be lit in every house this evening. Yesterday I was in Dhanushkodi. The time when Ram set out to cross the ocean was changed. Now the time cycle will change again. I was fortunate to have the opportunity to travel from Sagar to Saryu during the rituals. Ram is present in the minds of Indians. If you touch anyone’s heart, you will feel oneness.

Wherever Ram devotees are in the country and the world, they are feeling amazing joy today. Because the dream that our ancestors and we were dreaming of for centuries has come true today. We are all fortunate that we have been successful in preserving our heritage and passing it on to the next generation. There is a need to think today on why Ram, who is in the hearts of those who believe in Sanatan Dharma, remained in the tent for years.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi said that there was some shortcoming on our part that the temple could not be constructed for so many centuries and that shortcoming was the weak political power. Today, as a result of the willpower and determination of the political party and government in power, a new era has begun.

While the historic day of 22 January 2024 will remind us of our past mistakes, it will also become a bridge to connect us with our glorious culture and history. Keeping Shri Ram Temple in our hearts and minds, let us take a pledge today that we will work for the honor of the motherland by following the dignity established by Lord Ram in our lives for the establishment of Ram Rajya in the country. Shri Ram is a national man and it is our duty towards the nation that along with maintaining the honor and glory of the nation, we should follow the path shown by the national man Ram and take it forward so that our future generations also respect their culture and history.

Many congratulations to all the devotees of Ram on the death anniversary of Ramlala.
