Know this simple recipe of Chicken Spring Rolls – Dainik Savera Times


1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp maize flour
200 g minced chicken
1 tsp grated ginger
1/2 cup chopped green onions
1/2 cup chopped carrots
1 tbsp maize flour
2 cups refined oil
1/4 teaspoon spice black pepper
1 tbsp chili garlic paste
4 cloves minced garlic
100 grams fresh noodles
1 cup chopped red cabbage
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 cup water
8 spring roll sheets

How to make Chicken Spring Rolls

step 1
Mix soy sauce, chilled garlic sauce, black pepper and cornflour with minced chicken in a bowl. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.

Heat 1 tbsp oil in a large pan. Fry the minced chicken while stirring till it turns brown. Take it out and keep it aside.

Add green onions, garlic and ginger to the same pan and cook for 30 seconds. Add carrots, noodles and cabbage. Stir well and reduce the flame to medium and add the chicken and stir for 2 minutes. Set aside to cool completely.

Whisk together the remaining corn starch and water in a bowl. Keep aside.

Take your roll wrapper and fill one corner with 2 Tbsp chicken, noodle vegetable mixture. Apply a little cornflour and water, mix making sure you seal the edges well.

Heat the oil on high flame. Deep fry the spring rolls till golden brown. Take out on a paper towel. And serve hot with sweet chili sauce.
