National Awards 2023: These stars including Allu Arjun-Alia Bhatt received awards, know how much prize money they get


69th National Film Awards 2023: It is everyone’s dream to receive the National Film Award, one of the most prestigious awards in the country. People of the film industry work hard and make one better film, so that they too can get this award someday. This year this dream of many stars was fulfilled. Yes, President Draupadi Murmu gave the National Award today at Vigyan Bhawan in Delhi. These include Karan Johar along with Alia Bhatt, Kriti Sanon, Allu Arjun and Apoorva Mehta. Apart from this, many films have won big in the 69th National Film Awards this year. R Madhavan’s film Rocketry: The Nambi Effect has won the Best Feature Film award this year, while Allu Arjun is the first Telugu actor to win the Best Actor award. She has won the award for her performance in the film Pushpa: The Rise. The Best Actress award is jointly won by Alia Bhatt for Gangubai Kathiawadi and Kriti Sanon for Mimi. Oscar-winning composer MM Keeravani also won big as he won Best Music Direction (Background Music) for RRR. RRR has won a total of 6 awards.

Alia Bhatt won the Best Actress award at the National Film Awards 2023 ceremony and Ranbir Kapoor was beaming with pride. Alia Bhatt wore her wedding saree for this special day.

These stars also received awards

Waheeda Rehman received the Dadasaheb Phalke Award. The veteran actress became emotional while receiving this award. After which R Madhavan came to calm him down. Rocketry: The Nambi Effect producer and actor R Madhavan received the National Award and the audience clapped for him. Allu Arjun won the Best Actor award for Pushpa: The Rule. Sneha Reddy took his photograph from the audience. Pankaj Tripathi won the Best Supporting Actor award for Mimi. Apart from this, Sardar Udham won many awards at the event including Best Audiography, Production Design and more. Karan Johar received the National Film Award for Shershaah. Vishnu Vardhan also received an award for the film. Prem Rakshit won the Best Cinematography award for RRR and MM Keeravani won the Best Music Direction (Background Music). Chhello Show won the Best Gujarati Film and Bhavin Rabari won the Best Child Artist Award.

What else does the winner get with the National Award?

The winners of the National Film Award are given two categories. According to which the prizes are given. First is the golden lotus and second is the silver lotus. Those who won the Golden Lotus get more prizes, while the Silver Lotus winners get less than them. Apart from this, the winners of Dadasaheb Phalke Award are given some rupees, shawl and citation along with the prize. This time this honor has been given to veteran actress Asha Parekh.

  • Nargis Dutt Award – Rs 1.5 lakh

  • Best Assamese Film – Rs 1.5 lakh

  • Best Actor- 50 thousand rupees

  • Best film made on social issues – Rs 1.5 lakh

  • Best Actress- 50 thousand rupees

  • Non feature film- 50 thousand to 75 thousand rupees
