Eye on Asian Championship Trials

Compound archer Paltan Hansda (2006) and the pair of Aditi Swamy and Priyansh are the other youth world champions from India in the current season. Salunkhe had won a silver at the Singapore Asia Cup Stage III in June and two bronze medals at the same event in Sulaimaniya and Sharjah last year. With the World Championships and Asian Games teams already decided, Salunkhe would be eyeing a place in the senior team for the Asian Championships trials in October.
