Gandhiji used to advocate a lot for Muslims but he used to remain silent on the issue of Dalits.

When the freedom movement was going on in the entire country under the leadership of Congress to liberate India, at the same time Dr. Ambedkar was engaged in the upliftment of a huge society which was neglected by its own society. Ambedkar considered untouchability worse than slavery. Ambedkar ji used to say that we will get independence but what is the guarantee that there will be any change in the lives of a very large section of the society called Dalits.

Baba Saheb Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar was a keen journalist, senior columnist and writer, great economist, social reformer, barrister, messiah of Dalits and mass leader. He received doctorate degrees in economics from both Columbia University and the London School of Economics. Apart from this, he also did research work in law, economics and political science. Therefore, he was well aware of the politics and problems of other countries of the world. He had a very subtle and accurate analysis on the Hindu-Muslim problem. He wrote candidly on many subjects based on his experience and studies. He did not make any assumptions on the basis of incomplete information.

Baba Saheb writes in the book Partition of India that in the eyes of Muslims, Hindus are infidels and infidels are not worthy of respect. Muslims do not believe in democracy. The main interest of Muslims is in religion. Their politics basically depends on the clerics. Further in the same book, he writes that Mahmood not only demolished temples but also had a policy of enslaving the conquered Hindus. According to Muslim law the world is divided into two sides. Darul Islam and Darul Harab. According to Islamic law, India cannot be the common motherland of Hindus and Muslims.

Baba Saheb himself has written that there is a Muslim problem in India, it is a big problem. The history of Islam since 711 is one of wars, invasions and cruel incidents. The aim of the Muslim invaders’ attack on India was the destruction of Hindu religion. Qutubuddin Awak demolished about a thousand temples and built mosques in their place. Ambedkar writes whether a true Muslim will consider India as his motherland.

Baba Saheb had expressed apprehension that the Muslims of India could not only wage Jihad but could also call foreign Muslim powers for help for the success of Jihad. Should we forget how the Muslims here behaved during the first invasion of Afghanistan?

Today, in order to shine their politics, some people try to mislead the Dalits by talking about Dalit-Muslim unity; they cannot be true followers of Ambedkar.

When the national leadership of the country was engaged in Muslim appeasement under the guise of Hindu-Muslim unity, Baba Saheb boldly writes in the editorial of Bahishkrit Bharat on 18 January 1929 that the inclination of the Muslim people towards the nations of Muslim culture has increased beyond limits. Has gone.

Ambedkar was a harsh critic of Gandhi’s tendency to forgive any mistake of Muslims.

In the decade of 1930 to 1940, Savarkar, Dr. Hedgewar and Ambedkar were three great men who openly and boldly expressed their views on Islam, Christianity, Hinduism and Hindu-Muslim unity. While Baba Saheb pointed out many flaws in Islam and Christianity, he did not spare Hinduism either. He worked throughout his life to remove the evils prevalent in Hindu religion. Ambedkar ji said that the problems like untouchability, discrimination etc. are of our own home. We will settle them amongst ourselves. But if any outsider tries to create division within us by taking unfair advantage, it will never be tolerated. Despite enduring bitter opposition, criticism and neglect from the society, Ambedkar did not deviate from his determined path and did not allow the Dalits to deviate from it. By rejecting the temptations shown by the Muslim society, he inspired his followers to accept Buddhism.

Ambedkar’s contribution to the nation cannot be forgotten. People worship him believing that he wrote the Constitution. This is just a small part of his life. Some people believe that he did a favor by rejecting the offers of Christianity and Islam and adopting Buddhism. This is true but Ambedkar’s biggest contribution is that he saved India from another partition. When the British felt that they could no longer rule India for long, they instigated the Dalits and Muslims to demand a separate nation.

The leaders of our country at that time did not understand this trick of the British. The power greedy leaders of Congress hastily accepted partition before independence. The British wanted another partition of India. Dalits were instigated for this. As a result, the demand for a separate country for Dalits started rising in some parts of the country. But the British magic did not work on Ambedkar. He had understood the tactics of the British. Baba Saheb opposed this. He said that we will not take any such step which will put the identity of this nation in danger. Saved another partition of India.

Ambedkar’s life was very broad and multifaceted. But it is unfortunate for the country that they were not studied in their entirety. Everyone saw one or the other side of him. Whereas he has done the biggest favor to Hinduism. His life is inspirational for the entire society.

Ambedkar had given a correct and accurate analysis of Islamic fundamentalism 90 years ago. Even today, after so many years, every word of Baba Saheb seems to be true. Muslims do not believe in democracy. He gives importance to religion before country. Prime Minister Narendra Modi is working to realize the dreams of Baba Saheb Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar. In the Modi government, important places related to the life of Baba Saheb have been given the form of Panchteerth. Many schemes were started to make the Scheduled Caste and Tribe members strong and self-reliant. Today there is no discrimination of any kind in government schemes. The parties doing politics in the name of Baba Saheb never worked. Modi government is working for all sections of the society including the poor, Dalits, exploited, deprived and backward. Prime Minister Narendra Modi has realized the mantra of Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas, Sabka Vishwas. Baba Saheb was in favor of Article 370 in Jammu and Kashmir. Modi government has abolished Article 370.

Under Pradhan Mantri Adarsh ​​Gram Yojana, housing, roads, electricity and employment were provided to Dalit families in Dalit dominated villages. Many schemes were launched by the Central Government to make Dalit youth self-reliant. Prime Minister Modi launched a venture capital fund for the first time in the country to help Dalit youth start startups. Prime Minister Modi amended the Dalit Atrocities Act 1989, already in force in the country, and made it more stringent. Prime Minister Modi did a lot of work to awaken the consciousness of renaissance among the Dalits of the country through Dr. Ambedkar Foundation and many works were done under it. Released commemorative coins of Rs 125 and Rs 10 on the occasion of 125th birth anniversary of Baba Saheb Bhimrao Ambedkar.

On the initiative of Prime Minister Modi, the 125th birth anniversary of Bharat Ratna Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar was celebrated at the United Nations Headquarters on 14 April 2016. After demonetization, changing the country started with BHIM app. On the initiative of Prime Minister Modi, he bought the three-storey bungalow of Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar in London. Taking inspiration from Dr. Bhimrao Ramji Ambedkar, Prime Minister Narendra Modi is working following the path shown by him. This is the reason why Baba Saheb’s followers are with Narendra Modi today.
