After Bollywood actor Ranbir Kapoor, now Shraddha Kapoor, Kapil Sharma, Heena Khan and Huma Qureshi have also contacted ED in the Mahadev betting app case.

After being named in the Mahadev betting app case, Shraddha Kapoor, Kapil Sharma, Heena Khan and Huma Qureshi have sought a week’s time to appear before the ED. Everyone says that they already have some important work and meetings, so they should be given some time. It is believed that ED has agreed to give them time and now ED will issue a second summons after a few days.
Let us tell you that ED i.e. Enforcement Directorate had sent summons to comedian Shraddha Kapoor, Kapil Sharma, actress Huma Qureshi and Hina Khan in the money laundering case related to ‘Mahadev Betting App’ and asked them to appear for questioning on different dates. The Federal Investigation Agency has already sent summons to Bollywood actor Ranbir Kapoor in this case and directed him to appear for questioning at the Raipur regional office on October 6. However, Ranbir Kapoor had asked for two weeks’ time from ED.
Officials said that recently summons have been sent to the three artists asking them to appear at the agency’s Raipur office on different dates. The agency will record their statement under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA) and try to understand what was the mode of payment and receipt of money allegedly made by the app’s promoters. It is believed that these artists will not be made accused in the case.
