Beijing (Uttam Hindu News): According to the news from the Chinese Ministry of Culture and Tourism, according to preliminary data, more than 900 non-physical cultural heritage projects and more than 5,000 international delegates will participate in the eighth Chinese Changtu International Non-Material Cultural Heritage Festival. This time the theme of the festival is ‘Sharing contract implementation practices and deepening mutual learning between civilizations’.
Xi Zeyi, deputy head of the International Exchange and Cooperation Bureau of the Chinese Ministry of Culture and Tourism, while introducing, said that this year’s festival will include the Tianfu Parade, the Non-Material Cultural Heritage Chengdu Forum, and the Intangible Cultural Heritage Forum to realize the non-material cultural heritage in modern life. Experience Exhibition, International Handicraft Exhibition, International Non-tangible Cultural Heritage Licensing Exhibition, Daoming-Qingshen International Bamboo Culture Week, Bashu International Non-tangible Cultural Heritage Food Week and other events will be held.
The Chinese Non-Material Cultural Heritage Museum will participate in this Changtu International Non-Material Cultural Heritage Festival and hold exhibitions outside Beijing for the first time.
